FYI: The Spring Art Sale (where I will be selling these critters) is Friday April 17th and Saturday April 18th. The Sale is Open to the public and will offer tons of amazing work that is usually quite affordable for people on a budget. So, get out there and support art!

These are some of my roughs for my new project “Wild Wild Atlantic”, which is a cowboy inspired tale about a whale who beaches himself after the loss of his mate and unborn calf.
My friends and i have all decided to embark on projects involving beached whales to round out the spring semester. I like to think of this as my own little thesis project.

I don’t have a studio…
In fact I don’t even have a desk anymore (not that there’s anywhere to put one). So I work at my kitchen counter:

Anyways, here’s a look at what I’m actually working on:

My plan, once I’m finished, is to arrange all these guys into formation for a poster that I plan to sell at the Art Sale in April. I will also be selling the originals… but for significantly more money.
